Role Title: Business Analyst

Duration: 12-13 months

Preferred Location: Charlotte, NC is preferred 2 days per week onsite(if not prefer NC, VA, FL, or GA)

Role Description:
The Business Analyst acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs. The BA is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, facilitating communication, and supporting the delivery of projects that align with organizational goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes

Stakeholder Communication

  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure alignment.
  • Act as a bridge between business units and technical teams.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare detailed documentation including business requirements, workflows, and use cases.
  • Develop reports to track project progress and KPIs.

Testing & Validation

  • Support QA by reviewing test cases and validating that solutions meet requirements.

Change Management

  • Assist in training and communication plans for new systems or processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a business analysis or related function.
  • Must have strong experience not only documenting business requirements but doing business analysis, building processes and workflows, and using a variety of BA tools and templates.
