React Developer-w/ Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and related technologies.
• Collaborate to translate design wireframes and mockups into high-quality code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Implement best practices in front-end development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and other services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Front End Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Proficiency in React.js and its core principles.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm).
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the financial or investment management industry.
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
• Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
• Knowledge of server-side rendering and Next.js.
