Job Title: IT Help Desk and Operations Specialist- Part time
Location: Houston, Tx (On-site)

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Job Description:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and associated software/hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve printer and scanner issues.
- Monitor and optimize computer system performance.
- Recommend improvements or upgrades for IT systems.
- Provide end-user support for hardware and software inquiries.
- Set up and deploy computer and telephone systems for new users.
- Conduct system diagnostics to assist in issue resolution.
- Maintain IT activity logs and issue tracking reports.
- Support network connectivity and infrastructure maintenance.
- Coordinate with external IT service vendors and software providers.
- Perform regular maintenance on hardware and software systems.
- Handle miscellaneous IT-related duties as assigned.
