Job Details
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with strong cybersecurity domain expertise, specifically in Vulnerability Management, Application Security, and Product Security. This role serves as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical security teams, ensuring vulnerabilities are accurately identified, prioritized, tracked, and remediated. The ideal candidate excels at translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cybersecurity and IT teams to review, assess, and track vulnerabilities.
- Gather, organize, and analyze vulnerability data, reports, and remediation status.
- Support remediation teams in prioritizing and driving closure of security issues.
- Develop clear and detailed requirements, process documents, and workflow guidelines for security programs.
- Enhance vulnerability and risk tracking processes and improve operational workflows.
- Build simple dashboards or reports to communicate trends, metrics, and program progress.
- Communicate updates, risks, and priorities to both business and technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability management platforms (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7).
- Strong understanding of application security and product security fundamentals.
- Familiarity with risk management, compliance practices, and security governance.
- Exceptional communication, requirements-gathering, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
