The PeopleSoft Functional Consultant will document and analyze financial and procurement processes in USHMM’s PeopleSoft 9.2 environment. This role covers General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Commitment Control (KK), Asset Management (AM), Purchasing, eProcurement, eSupplier, and Supplier Contract Management (SCM), ensuring alignment with dual FASAB/FASB requirements. Collaborates with the team to deliver sprint-based outputs and a future-state roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Document configurations for financial and procurement modules, focusing on settings, security roles, and subledger integrations.
- Map ChartField structures, workflows, approval hierarchies, and business rules, including 40 known customizations.
- Analyze transaction flows (Req to PO to Voucher to Journal) for federal and donated funds, validating Entry Events.
- Identify pain points, collaborating with the PM for root cause analysis.
- Catalog financial and procurement reports, documenting metadata and query logic.
- Deliver sprint-based documentation in iterative cycles with stakeholder reviews.
- Interview USHMM staff to clarify process and configuration details.
- Contribute to future-state roadmap development, focusing on dual FASAB/FASB compliance.
Qualifications:
- 6–7 years of functional experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 Federal Financials and Procurement.
- Expertise in GL, AP, KK, AM, eProcurement, PO, and SCM.
- Experience with dual FASAB/FASB compliance and federal appropriations.
- Strong skills in workflow configuration, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Location: Remote, with possible funded travel to DC offices during key milestones
Type: Full-time Remote
Period of Performance: 12 months (Jul 2025 - Jul 2026) with four additional option years
