Job Details

We are seeking a high-impact Team Lead to oversee a dynamic team of software developers supporting enterprise-level IT systems across logistics, operations, and finance functions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead technical innovation and drive results within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth.

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple divisions (e.g., logistics, finance, infrastructure) to design and implement scalable solutions.

  • Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure high-quality development output.

  • Guide architecture decisions and development practices involving MDM, workflow management, data modeling, and cloud-native technologies.

  • Present technical strategies and project updates to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of IT or software engineering experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • Proven leadership experience managing software development teams

  • Strong track record of leading cross-functional technical initiatives

  • Expertise across business domains such as logistics, infrastructure, financial systems, and back-office operations

  • Hands-on knowledge of technical architecture including event/message-driven design, MDM, and cloud-native platforms

  • Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging both technical and business stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
