Job Details

Job Title: AWS Production Support Engineer Job Location: Whippany, NJ (Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite)

Key Technology: Agile, Scrum, SQL, AWS services, Postman

Job Responsibilities:
 Full life-cycle application production support and maintenance efforts
Participate in development team sprint refinements to understand the new features
Analyze production support tickets and if required work with dev teams for resolution
Update and document in confluence pages with the analysis steps and resolution steps
Update the Flow Diagrams/workflows that helps the team to understand the new features
Skills and Experience Required:
 5+ years of experience in IT
Experience in Production support role supporting cloud applications
Agile/Scrum experience
SQL database expertise
Relational/non-relational database experience
Experience with Postman
Experience with AWS services such as s3, CloudWatch, DynamoDB
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Desired:
 Experience in Git, Azure DevOps
Knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL Server
