We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on CPQ and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) domains. This is a leadership role that emphasizes guiding and enabling a team of Salesforce professionals.
The ideal candidate is a visionary leader who drives alignment between business needs and Salesforce solutions, fosters strong team performance, and champions best practices in system design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a Salesforce delivery team of 8 10 consultants and developers.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specs, and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Own the architecture and solution design, especially around Salesforce CPQ and integrations relevant to M&A activities.
- Provide strategic guidance and architectural oversight, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and aligned with best practices.
- Drive team accountability and execution, ensuring clarity of roles, goals, and delivery timelines.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, enabling effective communication and solution alignment.
- Promote a culture of ownership and innovation within the Salesforce delivery team.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in an architect or senior leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce CPQ solution design, implementation, and optimization.
- Strong experience in merger and acquisition (M&A) business domains and associated Salesforce use cases. (nice to have)
- Proven track record of leading Salesforce teams (8 10 members) and delivering large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Capable of inspiring, mentoring, and driving a team not just managing.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or CPQ Specialist) are a strong plus.
Preferred Qualities:
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships across teams.
- Strong business acumen with a proactive, ownership mindset.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments especially post-acquisition integration contexts.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
This role is open to W2 or those seeking Corp-Corp employment. The salary range for this role is 140k-150k. For corp-Corp rates please contact the recruiter.
