Desktop Support Technician

Pay Rate Range: $25/hour. (Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and 401(k) plan)
 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• They will be doing IMAC work. 
• It will be lots of moving PC setups, imaging, assisting with data transfers, and application installations.
• Complete the physical breakdown, move, and new setup of computers and related peripherals in coordination with facilities and other DT teams.
• Ensure all related technology is kept safe and secure during the moving process.
• Ensure all related technology is set up in the new locations in working order.
• Follow defined processes for handling of defective equipment, including replacement, recycling, and disposal of technology.
• Coordinate dependent activities with resources from other DT teams (networking, Linux/windows pc technicians, conference center services, etc.
• Candidate must live near Niskayuna NY 12309.
