Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: New Jersey, New York, California
Need 12+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator) are highly recommended.
- Experience:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
- Experience working with ITSM applications and modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset Management.
- Experience with ServiceNow s development tools like Studio, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Scripting (GlideScript, JavaScript).
- Technical Skills:
- ServiceNow Scripting: Knowledge of server-side and client-side scripting in ServiceNow using JavaScript and GlideScript.
- ServiceNow Platform: Expertise in configuring, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM).
- Integration: Familiarity with ServiceNow s integration capabilities (REST/SOAP Web Services, IntegrationHub, MID Server).
- Workflow Automation: Proficient in designing workflows using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and Business Rules.
- Database: Understanding of relational databases and experience with database management tools.
- Version Control: Familiarity with version control tools like Git for managing ServiceNow code changes.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Excellent communication skills for working with stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and constantly evolving ITSM practices
