Come work at KH Technologies, khtechcloud.com, a dynamic, growing, and leading company in our industry. We are looking for an experienced sales representative (a proven hunter) who is looking for a full-time sales opportunity. We work jointly with FR Solutions, frsolutionscorp.com, to provide services for all the products we re-sell to customers. This has the potential for high returns and residual sales. We can get you started with a solid plan, but expect the candidate to have their short-term book of leads to sell into with solid, proven sales experience utilizing a rolodex of prior clients to drive sales quickly to start.
The program we are offering needs to be validated by a sales rep to show they can sell, and once that is demonstrated, we will hire the resource as an FTE with a comfortable base and commission. We request that the candidate work on commission only initially with the first sale(s) until they reach $25k in gross sales, and then we will move to an FTE in the future with commissions and quotas. Of course, we will assist with tools and training to sell and reach that first $25K target, and we expect to have the goal met within the first 30-60 days.
We don't care what you sell to reach the $25K and leave that open to you as we have a lot of products available to choose from. You can sell hardware like servers from Dell, HP, Lenovo, Nutanix, or Cisco or laptops; we are a reseller and can source any. Or, you can focus on software sales with Nutanix or something quicker like Barracuda Networks, where you can position security products that typically sell within 30-40 days of the sales cycle, ranging from $11K - to $50K per deal. We can even provide scanning tools to sell Barracuda Networks, which show a 90% success rate when a customer runs the scan. Since 86% of all ransomware begins with email, a non-intrusive scan showing a customer's vulnerabilities becomes a simple sale. Best of all, if you have the relationships, we can have a sales/SE assigned from Barracuda or Nutanix to help you position and sell it, so you don't even need to learn the products; you just need to have the relationships and work on the customer's pain points for solution selling.
KHT is a leader in hardware sales for Nutanix, Dell, HP, Cisco, and Lenovo, and selling products including Barracuda Networks, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Commvault, Tuebora, Veeam, Exagrid, Redhat, Citrix, and cloud services from AWS and Azure (including MS365). We have highly skilled technical pre-sales resources to help you sell without needing in-depth technical knowledge. Additionally, the recent sale of VMWare to Broadcom has opened an enormous opportunity for competitive replacements selling Nutanix. This is an excellent opportunity to cash in if you have a base of prior customers using VMWare.

The average Deal Size is $11-$180K with more significant possible. The quickest average sales cycle for Barracuda is only 30-40 days. Nutanix and others are longer. Commissions are paid as a percentage of the total deal, excluding tax and shipping, so they are significant.
Product Sales (New Logo) = 7%
Services only sales = 4%
Existing logo sales or renewals are paid at a flat rate of 5%
Commissions are paid monthly after the close
There is no Cap on commissions; the sky is the limit, and we keep paying as you sell.

Responsibilities
Hunt, hunt, hunt. We need someone who is very strong at hunting for deals and customers and driving them to come to the table for more.
Prospect and qualify new sales leads in our CRM (Zoho)
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
Research customers and listen to customer needs so you can solution-sell
Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Qualifications
US-Based only - not looking for non-US based sales resources, will not sponsor H-1b
MUST HAVE existing rolodex of prior customers to sell into quickly to start
Strong hunter experience in sales
Ability to navigate the customer landscape to find the buyer and close deals quickly
Existing technology sales experience with hardware and software
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Zoho)
