Job Title: Support Engineer - IIB, APIC, DataPower

Location: Dallas, TX onsite from day one

Type: Full Time Position

Job Description:

Relevant Experience: 6+ years

MUST have IIB, APIC & DataPower

Lead and direct day-to-day activities of 365x24x7 Operations team, including specialists from L2 and L3 Application Support

Lead team efforts to provide analysis and support for application issues.

Responsible for meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) for all incidents

Lead and guide Application Support team with various technology background IBM IIB, Data Power, APIC and WebSphere related issues.

Responsible for meeting uptime requirements for all applications

Mentor and train to perform troubleshooting and solve application related problems.

Oversee the identification of application root-cause problems and resolutions.

Strong experience in Middleware Development, of IBM Integration Bus 10.0 / ACE, WebSphere Message Broker, WebSphere DataPower XI50/52, XG 45 and API Connect.

Development Experience in Message Flows, ESQL Statements, Message Sets, Pub/Sub applications

Development experience using XML technologies: XSD, XSLT

Message transformations, translation, validation for incoming messages

Experience on Rest, Web services implementation, Compute node, http nodes, aggregation nodes, database integration nodes is a must

Experience in designing and development of SOAP/REST based Web Services.

Knowledge of API design standards, patterns, and best practices

Understanding of DataPower services like multi-protocol gateways, web service proxies, firewalls

Familiarity with JSON to XML, XML to JSON, and JSON to SOAP transformations using XSLT's

Familiarity with implementing SLM's policies for throttling

Familiarity in implementing OAuth2.0, SAML, and TLS 1.2 and mutual/2way SSL

The candidates should have a strong focus on DataPower and APIC and would require extensive knowledge of various integration patterns and security standards, best practices, hands-on experience with administration and management of DataPower along with strong XSLT development skills

Knowledge on Kafka, microservices and KONG-KONNECT is an added advantage

Knowledge on Cloud areas ( OCP/Google Cloud Platform/AZURE) is an added advantage
