We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Platform Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in configuring, building and maintaining different Azure platform infrastructures.
Familiar with the different Azure resources and how they all fit together. Must have experience as a DevOps engineer with some Azure experience. And must have good platform engineering experience in Tableau and PowerBI Fabric (Cloud)

Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team, responsible for managing and optimizing our Enterprise Data Warehouse based on the Snowflake platform.
The focus for the work is Snowflake Administration: cybersecurity, audit, automation. Someone with Snowflake certifications would be preferred (but not required)
and a person with additional knowledge of Databricks is a bonus (because it s another of our platforms).
Building and supporting enterprise-level solutions with Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud technologies.
Strong experience on Tableau and PowerBI, both on premise and Cloud (Tableau cloud and PowerBI Fabric)
Python, SQL, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Bicep, and PowerShell.
Understanding Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management automation tools.
Using DevOps with a clear understanding of related tools, structure, and processes within an Agile/Scrum setting.
Well versed in SRE practices, testing frameworks, and building CI/CD pipelines.
Leading the end-to-end design and development of scalable services to be consumed by the enterprise (monitoring and production support services)
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks

Responsibilities:
Design and implement intelligent, predictable, reliable, scalable, cost-efficient, and easy-to-use platforms and frameworks for Data Science Machine Learning (DSML), Enterprise Data Lake/Warehouse (EDL/EDW), Master Data Management (MDM) functions.
Design and implement Azure cloud infrastructure including but not limited to storage, data factories, key vaults, virtual networking, virtual machines, and automated deployments.
Administer and build automation to support Tableau and PowerBI migration to Cloud
Configure PowerBI Fabric Gateway, administer Admin Portal, and license management
Configure Tableau bridge and license management
Evaluate and automate the scaling and capacity requirements within Azure environment.
Implement, setup, configure, monitor, and maintain cloud-based Data & Analytics platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake. Troubleshoot and resolve environment performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues.
Make recommendations and execute cost saving strategies for Cloud services.
Streamline development and operation processes via continuous integration, deployment, automated testing while leveraging SRE principles.
Self-directed and able to balance the priorities of multiple teams, systems, and products with a leadership mindset.
Work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.
Drive efficient resolution for system outages as well as performance and functional issues. Engage in critical support situations and effectively drive successful resolution.
Coordinate with offshore and onsite team members to ensure 24/7 coverage and define escalation processes
