Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Lead to support our Data Engineering team focused on delivering robust insurance data integration projects. This role is pivotal in managing initiatives related to Claims systems, and Third Party Administrator (TPA) data . The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of P&C insurance data flows, agile project delivery, and end-to-end data pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for Claims and TPA ingestion initiatives.

  • Serve as Scrum Lead for agile development teams facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and system architects to ensure timely and quality delivery of ST and TPA data integrations.

  • Develop and manage project plans, risk registers, and stakeholder communications.

  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.

  • Work closely with claims operations, actuarial, and underwriting teams to gather requirements and translate them into executable stories.

  • Proactively manage dependencies, issues, and risks across internal and external vendor teams.

  • Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Lead in Insurance, preferably in P&C (Property and Casualty).

  • Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM)preferred.

  • Familiarity with Azure Deve Ops, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working with offshore/onshore teams and external vendors.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in data platforms

  • Exposure to data modeling, claims analytics, or regulatory reporting.

  • PMP certification is a plus.
