Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to provide leadership and oversee the technological infrastructure of our organization. This contract role is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness, security, and scalability of IT systems and tools. The ideal candidate has extensive expertise in both hardware and software solutions, along with a proven ability to manage staff, systems, and processes that enable seamless functionality across all departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the IT department to ensure efficient and reliable operation across all technological platforms.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of IT systems, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of Cisco technologies, cloud-based solutions, and enterprise systems.
  • Administer and maintain Active Directory to ensure secure management of user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Configure and manage computer hardware and software systems to align with organizational needs.
  • Oversee CRM and ERP systems to optimize key business processes, enhance user productivity, and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality across departments using enterprise systems.


Requirements

  • Solid understanding ofCRM and ERP systems, with the ability to configure, maintain, and optimize functionalities.
  • Proficiency in system audits, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing security measures.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and maintaining backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
