Job Description:
>> Lead and manage all phases of data migration projects, from planning and design to execution, testing, and go-live support.
>> Develop and implement data migration strategies, including data profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
>> Utilize various data migration tools, including Syniti, to automate and streamline the migration process.
>> Design and develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for migrating data from legacy systems to SAP and SuccessFactors.
>> Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
>> Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between legacy systems and SAP environments.
>> Perform data quality checks and resolve data inconsistencies and errors.
>> Document data migration processes, procedures, and best practices.
>> Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
>> Mentor and guide junior data migration team members.
>> Stay up-to-date with the latest data migration technologies and trends.
>> Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
>> Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with data migration projects.
>> Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
Requirements:
>> Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
>> Minimum of 15 years of experience in data migration, with a strong focus on SAP implementations.
>> Extensive experience migrating HR data to SuccessFactors.
>> Proven experience migrating data for other SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution).
>> Hands-on experience with data migration tools, including Syniti.
>> Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and best practices.
>> Expertise in data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation techniques.
>> Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
>> Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
>> Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
>> Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
>> Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
