Role Title: Zuora Admin / Developer
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 3 months initially (extensions likely)
Location: 100% Remote (Mountain Time hours preferred)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Zuora Administrator/Developer to provide hands-on support for a large-scale transformation initiative. This individual will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining the organization s subscription management and billing ecosystem, ensuring seamless integrations and operational stability during a period of rapid change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and customize Zuora Billing and Subscription Management modules to support evolving business needs.

  • Develop, deploy, and optimize Zuora workflows, APIs, and integrations with ERP, CRM, and payment systems.

  • Collaborate with finance, revenue operations, and technical teams to streamline order-to-cash processes and automate manual tasks.

  • Support revenue recognition setup and reporting, ensuring alignment with ASC 606 standards and internal policies.

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance, and deployment activities related to the ongoing transformation program.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of current, hands-on Zuora administration and development experience in enterprise or mid-market environments.

  • Strong expertise in Zuora Billing, Subscription Management, and Revenue Recognition systems.

  • Proficiency in Zuora Workflow, ZOQL, APIs, and integration frameworks (Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar).

  • Solid understanding of billing operations, subscription lifecycle management, and revenue processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support complex financial and technical workflows.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across distributed teams.
