esponsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis on customer behavior, including customer segmentation and clickstream data analysis from digital assets (mobile app, website, etc.).
Perform statistical analysis to uncover insights, trends, and patterns in marketing data that will inform decision-making.
Design and implement A/B testing and experiments to evaluate marketing initiatives and optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
Leverage marketing analytics frameworks such as customer segmentation, and attribution analysis to provide strategic insights.
Use SQL and Python for data extraction, cleaning, and analysis to provide actionable insights from various data sources.
Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and insights to senior management and executives, distilling complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and help drive data-driven decision-making at the leadership level.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Analytics or Data Science. 2+ years of experience in Risk Analytics or Marketing preferred.
Past experience of working with SQL, SAS and Tableau. Experience with Snowflake is a plus
Advanced knowledge of python and Data Science models required.
Ability to write and create decks and very good communication skills. Ability to present insights and recommendations in a concise manner
Past experience in problem solving roles, strategic initiatives etc.
Educational Background: Bachelors or MS in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Quantitative fields preferred
