Key Responsibilities
Developing, Writing, Organizing, and Maintaining clear and accurate Procedures: Develop and manage a comprehensive library for EDIS operating control procedures.
Performing Regular Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of these procedures to ensure they are current and effective.
Coordinating and Documenting Reviews: Collaborate with appropriate personnel to coordinate and document these reviews.
Aligning with Operational Goals: Work closely with the application support teams to ensure all procedures are aligned with our operational objectives.
Identify any gaps or inconsistencies in existing procedures and propose improvements. Overseeing Action Items: Oversee, coordinate, and track the status of finding action items, remediation plans, and other related tasks.
Collaborate with EDIS teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify additional needs for operational procedures and develop them accordingly.
Performing other functions such as metrics reporting and tracking.
