Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing client IT transformation.
- Helps client achieve objectives by presenting alternative new solutions that can be leveraged from provider's capabilities and offerings.
- Manages a group of senior project managers in a cross-tower deal while leading the overall program Experienced in understanding business requirements of an organization and aligning delivery to meet the business standards.
- Focuses on key priorities such as capacity/demand management, scope management, key initiatives status etc. In large sized programs, acts as the overall head of the delivery.
- Provides deep insights into account level policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Should have wide exposure to handling ambiguous situations including complex customer interactions and ability to drive through tough situations.
- Has managed at least 1 or 2 large programs and 3 or 4 large projects (>50 FTE).
- Has experience working across programs with complex process interfaces, globally distributed sites functions/sites, and overall high risk.
- Should be aware of basic information security awareness protocols, software security in the SDLC lifecycle, and OWASP top 10 concepts.
Must have skills:
- Execute with Excellence - Previous role experience within Initiative Leadership, Project Management, Marketing Specialist, or Work Process Ownership.
- Demonstration and Implementation of work processes, workflows, working with Multifunctional Resources/Teams.
- Acts as a business owner with great sense of urgency and focus to manage multiple projects/priorities with the organization and attention to detail.
- High Capacity to lead multiple projects at any given period.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors B.E./ B. Tech / BCA
- Masters M. Tech / MCA
- Computer Science specialization highly desirable
- MBA Preferred - Tier 1/2/3 business school Certifications
