About the job

As a Repair Technician III, you will be our front-line expert in diagnosing, rebuilding, and fine-tuning the electro-mechanical equipment that keeps our production lines running. Leveraging schematics, blueprints, and OEM manuals, you will isolate root-cause failures, disassemble and repair complex assemblies, perform precision calibrations with diagnostic instruments, and implement engineering-driven upgrades to boost uptime and throughput. Your work will ensure that each piece of manufacturing equipment returns to service quickly, safely, and in peak condition all while meeting our exacting quality standards. You will report directly to the Repair Supervisor.

You will

• Diagnose & resolve complex faults at the full system level to keep production on schedule.
• Document and report failures at both system and module level, providing clear data to engineering and quality teams.
• Lead repair activities for NPI transfers, ensuring smooth hand-off of new products into the repair workflow.
• Assemble, configure, and test PC-based servers, validating performance before release to production.
• Coach and train junior technicians on troubleshooting techniques, safety practices, and repair best practices.
• Process non-conforming material through the NCR system, driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Champion continuous-improvement initiatives, sharing ideas that streamline repair operations and boost first-pass yield.

$27.50/hr USD DOE
