- Executing Runbooks and Playbooks
- EFT (Enterprise Functions Technology) Central Command provides 24x7 technical support for all EFT production applications, ensuring smooth operations, application availability & batch processing health.
We are the first line of defense team who monitors, troubleshoots, and strives to resolve all technical production issues.
We also execute automated application deployments and assist with BCP switchover activities.
Applications are on-prem, vendor/SAS, hybrid-cloud and moving to public cloud. US - Shift covers from 8 a.m. EST to 6 p.m. PST.
- Role Expectations:
1. Meet standard work requirements by assigned vertical/applications
a. Queue work is done meeting SLA's
b. Monitor queue, dashboards, and other work intake tools to prioritize you
