Experience on the Alladin platform.

Strong experience in Investment Management. Understanding trade life cycle

Data analysis and strategy: Understand and utilize data analysis techniques, including business intelligence and business analytics, to make informed decisions and predict project outcomes. Define data strategies and architectures and select the appropriate data solutions and platforms.

Data quality and security: Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure data quality, accuracy, and security.

Data management expertise: Solid knowledge of data management principles, including data lifecycle, data quality, data governance, data security, and data ethics.

Managing the implementation of a new data warehouse, including data migration, ETL processes, and reporting development.

Overseeing the migration of data from legacy systems to new platforms, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.

Engage with existing PMO team/leadership and aligned Program Managers to understand the existing framework and processes of the Technology PMO.

Assign consultant resources to support refinement and execution of the Technology PMO Framework to support the Technology delivery

Own/Drive key functions within the Horizon Technology PMO Framework including Initiative Coverage, Risk and Issue Management, Dependency Management, Reporting and Communications

Participate/Lead Technology PMO Leadership Meetings, Program Status Meetings and Senior Stakeholder Meetings

Meeting Materials preparation and review (Status Meetings, Leadership Meetings, Senior Management Meetings

Ability to understand and explain the scope of work between all client tech departments and vendors when applicable.

Ensure the design and data handoffs from the coverage area aligns to the design and data requirements of the upstream and downstream applications that are reliant on the data from this coverage area

Explain how the process will work to all interested parties outside the execution team from a business, operational and technical perspective

Responsible for tracking progress, rolling up the status of tech PMO, raise concerns and roadblocks for transparency

Create runbook for critical program milestones including UAT & Production Parallel and ensure those tasks fold into the larger plan successfully.

Lead the planning and execution of projects within the batch operations domain.
