Sigma Reports Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Sigma Reports Developer in San Antonio, TX.

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Sigma Reports Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using Sigma Computing. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Sigma Reports Developer will design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Sigma Computing
* Translate business requirements into well-structured and visually effective data visualizations
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and iterate based on feedback
* Leverage SQL to query, manipulate, and prepare data for reporting
* Ensure data accuracy, performance, and consistency across all Sigma reports
* As a Sigma Reports Developer, you will create documentation and training materials for end users
* Collaborate with data engineers to define data sources and optimize data models for reporting
* Stay current with new Sigma features and best practices to continuously improve the reporting environment

REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years of experience working with Sigma Computing (or similar BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)
* Experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
* Strong proficiency in SQL
* Solid understanding of data modeling and data visualization best practices
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Snowflake and integrating Sigma with Snowflake
* Experience in Agile development environments
* Familiarity with ETL processes and tools
* Understanding of business KPIs in sales, marketing, finance, or operations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
