Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional NetSuite Developer who can design, configure, customize, and optimize NetSuite to support business operations. This role requires strong technical development skills along with functional understanding of Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and CRM processes.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable, efficient NetSuite solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical

• Develop, customize, and maintain NetSuite using SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Build integrations between NetSuite and external systems (CRM, inventory, payment gateways, etc.).
• Configure custom records, fields, forms, workflows, and dashboards.
• Manage and optimize user roles, permissions, and system security.
• Perform system upgrades, testing, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; provide root cause analysis.
• Implement automation to improve operational efficiency.

Functional

• Work with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical designs.
• Document workflows, requirements, and solution architecture.
• Lead NetSuite enhancements, module rollouts, and optimization initiatives.
• Provide user training and post-go-live support.
• Ensure best practices, data accuracy, and compliance across processes.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
• 4 7 years of hands-on NetSuite development experience.
• Strong experience with SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics.
• Experience with NetSuite integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Functional knowledge of NetSuite modules:
• Financials (GL, AP, AR)
• Order-to-Cash
• Procure-to-Pay
• Inventory/Warehouse
• CRM/Projects (optional)

Preferred

• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, ERP Consultant).
• Integration experience with Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or custom middleware.
• Experience in ecommerce or manufacturing environments.

• Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication with both technical and business teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
