Job Details

Role: BMC Helix/Remedy Consultant
Location: Preferred Onsite Houston, TX (Remote is fine for someone open to onsite during the first week and periodic visits with advance notice; travel expenses reimbursed)

Key Skills Required:

  • Digital Workplace Catalog (DWP) experience
  • BMC Business Workflows (BWF)
  • Dashboards
  • Innovation Studio

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain BMC Remedy workflows and forms
  • Create reports and dashboards using BMC Helix/Remedy
  • Support BMC Business Workflow and ITSM applications

Qualifications Must Have:

  • 3+ years of BMC Helix/Remedy development experience
  • 5+ years with BMC Remedy/Helix platforms
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM architecture, workflows, and data models
  • Hands-on with Helix ITSM 19.x and above
  • Experience with DWP Advanced 20.x, Catalog 19.x+, and Innovation Studio
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with Remedy ITSM integrations
  • REST API familiarity is a strong plus
