**Applicants must work 4 days per week in Stamford CT, 1 day remote **

Pay rate: $55-60/hr w2

Our industry-leading Communications client is seeking a technically-minded Project Manager experienced working with Data.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Not able to work C2C.

We are seeking a Hybrid Technical Project Manager/Data Analyst to lead the integration and enhancement of our client's internal programs, which currently operate independently and impact customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong data background, experience in technical project management, and the ability to drive improvements through data analysis and automation. This role will focus on integrating cross-program governance with other programs that our customers may already be engaged in, to provide a better overall experience and guide customers to take the best actions recommended by Client.

Responsibilities:
This Technical Data Project Manager will manage the data aspect - understanding where the data is coming from, ingesting the data, overseeing the building of data sets, looking ahead to governing data, measurement, etc.

Project Data Management:

Ingest project data across various programs into a centralized Business Intelligence (BI) solution.

Manage the flow of information and ensure data accuracy by splitting it into digestible chunks.

Develop automated solutions to ingest logic for programs and build comprehensive data sets.

Data Expansion and Automation:

Expand the availability of data to enable proactive decision-making.

Develop and implement automated solutions for data ingestion and analysis.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for automation execution, focusing on a 6-month data goal.

Governance and Standardization:

Define and implement governance processes for program standardization.

Integrate cross-program governance with other customer-engaged programs to enhance the overall customer experience.

Ensure overlapping customer experiences are managed effectively through automated tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders to refine processes and improve customer experiences.

Tool Enhancement and Dashboard Management:

Utilize dashboards to analyze customer behaviors and provide insights based on stakeholder feedback.

Identify opportunities for tool enhancements and track the delivery of improvements.

Collaborate with teams to ensure the tool meets evolving business needs.

Experience Requirements:
Strong technical project management skills with a focus on data analysis.

Proficiency in Excel and the ability to write VBA code for automation.

Experience with data analysis tools such as MicroStrategy.

Ability to define metrics, analyze trends, and drive program improvements through data.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
