Job Summary:

As a Veeva Align Integration Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of Veeva Align, a commercial planning and execution solution, into various systems and platforms within the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and marketing, to ensure a seamless integration process. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements, designing integration solutions, implementing them using Veeva Align's integration tools and technologies, and providing technical support to end-users.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and business processes and translate them into technical solutions using Veeva Align.
• Design, configure, and customize Veeva Align to meet client's specific needs and ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project managers, and developers, to implement and deliver Veeva Align solutions.
• Conduct system integration activities, ensuring seamless integration between Veeva Align and other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, advising on best practices and industry trends related to Veeva Align and commercial planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform system maintenance, and implement enhancements or upgrades as required.
• Document solution designs, configurations, and technical specifications.
• Stay up to date with the latest Veeva Align features, releases, and industry updates and proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and optimizations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in integrating Veeva Align or similar commercial planning and execution solutions.
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts, tools, and technologies.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Veeva Align to meet specific business needs.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is preferred.
• Veeva Align certification is a plus.
