Title: Field Tech Executive Onsite Support

Location: Midwest Region (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$31.85-$45.50/Hrs

Description
* Provide technical support for computing devices and applications.
* Research and resolve complex technical issues.
* Install and test software and hardware.
* Collaborate with vendors to solve technical problems.
* Support business units in implementing standard configurations.
* Create documentation for new software/hardware issues.
* Offer high-touch support to senior executives.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the setup and maintenance of computers and peripherals.
* Resolve technical problems with vendor support.
* Evaluate and troubleshoot technical systems and software.
* Relocate hardware equipment as needed.
* Mentor and train field support personnel.
* Collaborate on projects to ensure timely completion.
* Provide on-call support for urgent issues.

Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
* Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience in IT.
* Knowledge of operating systems, networks, and remote desktop tools.
* Experience in specialized areas of IT is preferred.
* Ability to handle incidents and requests under pressure.
