Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced PIM Solution Architect to lead architecture, integration, and optimization efforts across the enterprise Product Information Management ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Lead the overall architecture and integration strategy for the PIM system.

  • Define scalable, secure PIM ecosystem architecture aligned with business needs.

Data Modeling & Governance

  • Create data models, taxonomies, attributes, workflows, and processes.

  • Establish and enforce data governance and data quality standards.

System Integration

  • Enable end-to-end integration with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, SAP, Oracle, DAM, and OMS.

  • Use APIs (REST/SOAP) and data transformation tools to ensure smooth data exchange.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical guidance to development teams and project resources.

  • Resolve complex technical issues and support best practices in configuration.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with product data teams, business users, and channel owners to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

  • Communicate project progress and risks effectively.

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor and optimize PIM system performance for scalability as product catalogs expand.

Project Management Support

  • Assist with project planning, task assignment, progress tracking, and change management.

Evaluation & Innovation

  • Stay updated with PIM technology trends.

  • Drive selection of PIM tools/features, including AI-driven content enrichment.

Documentation & Training

  • Develop architecture diagrams, design documentation, and training materials.

  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
