Position Title:  Engineering Technician II

Employment Type:  FULL-TIME
Location of Position:  Vinita, OK
Work Schedule:  M-F, 8-5
Travel:  Light
Safety Sensitive:  YES

Top Required Skill Sets:
1.  Relay Design (transmission sector)
2.  Relay Logic, SCL Relays
3.  Substation Relaying, Metering Design

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in relay and metering design of substations
• Generate designs, drawings, specifications, and material lists
• Develop SEL relay logic, SCADA point lists, and communication processor configurations
• Prepare compliance spreadsheets and technical documentation

Qualifications:
• Associate of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Electronic Technology
• 2–5 years of experience in relay and metering
• Working knowledge of:
?– Relay event analysis and protective relays
?– SCADA systems and point list development
?– Revenue meters, power/current transformers, and circuit protection equipment
?– Wave traps, capacitor banks, carrier equipment, and reactors
• Equivalent education and experience will be considered
