Pay Range: $71.92 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex infrastructure programs in areas like Pub/Sub streams, storage, and operational excellence.
  • Define program scope, manage lifecycle execution, and drive alignment across teams.
  • Anticipate risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure on-time, quality delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Apply change management and data-driven insights to improve processes.
  • Influence decision-making through strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Execute strategy while maintaining tactical focus and operational rigor.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills: Program Management , infrastructure program management , "SDLC", "Change management" .
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Program/Product Management within Infra or platform teams.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure systems, scaling, and optimization.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in Agile methods, roadmap management, and lifecycle execution.
  • Bachelor s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Experience leading global, high-impact programs in fast-paced settings.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation, and change leadership.
  • Strategic mindset with attention to execution detail and measurable outcomes.
