  • Link Technologies, a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Microsoft Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise Windows environments, virtual infrastructure, and automation, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and lead system initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years' experience as a Windows Server Administrator
    • Proven experience managing 50+ Windows servers and enterprise-class hardware
    • Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, NTFS permissions, OS-level security, and patching
    • Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or Nutanix
    • Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, batch, or Ansible)
    • Familiarity with ITSM tools like Jira
    • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, subnets, VLANs)
    • Experience with Exchange and mobile device management
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team


    Preferred:

    • Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation and monitoring
    • Extensive Hyper-V experience
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office products


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex server and infrastructure issues
    • Perform root cause analysis and escalate issues as needed
    • Support production, QA, and development environments
    • Lead or contribute to system upgrades and infrastructure projects
    • Mentor junior administrators and support process improvements
    • Collaborate with vendors and consultants for issue resolution
    • Perform additional duties as assigned
