Essential Qualifications
12+ years total experience; 6+ years leading DevOps/Cloud Engineering teams
Proven delivery of AI-enabled or autonomous-ops platforms at enterprise scale.
Deep, hands-on expertise in:
Gen AI / NLP stacks, model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and ML-Ops (Kubeflow, MLflow).
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Resource Manager, OKE, Functions, Monitoring, Logging, WAF, IAM)
CI/CD toolchains (Jenkins, GitLab/GH Actions, Artifactory, SonarQube)
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
Containerization & Service Mesh (Docker, Helm, Istio/Linkerd)
Experience integrating data pipelines & event streaming (Kafka, GoldenGate, OCI Streaming) with API-centric services.
Strong grasp of security & compliance frameworks (NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP advantageous).
Preferred / Differentiators Published or presented on Agentic AI, AIOps, or autonomous systems.
Certification: OCI Architect Professional, Kubernetes CKA/CKS, or AWS/Azure Solutions Architect.
Experience migrating legacy ERP / Fusion Middleware workloads into container or serverless paradigms.

AI & Agentic Frameworks
Productize internal agent mesh for predictive Ops (anomaly detection, RCA summarization, auto-remediation).
Integrate Gen AI APIs, LLM orchestration (LangChain, OCI Generative AI Service), and ML-Ops pipelines.
Strategy & Road-Mapping
Define the multi-year vision for agent-based Ops, Generative AI capabilities, and autonomous tooling.
Align roadmaps with product, security, and enterprise architecture teams.
Engineering Leadership
Lead 25-40 engineers (DevOps, backend, ML/AI, SRE) across multiple time zones.
Foster a DevSecOps culture: blameless post-mortems, Blue-Angels-style debriefs, continuous learning.
Platform Delivery
Architect and oversee multi-cloud CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket) and OCI Resource Manager (Terraform).
Drive Kubernetes (OKE), Serverless (OCI Functions), and API Gateway adoption.
Operational Excellence
Implement observability-as-code: Logging, Monitoring, Distributed Tracing, SLO dashboards.
Enforce security by design-automated policy scanning, secrets rotation, zero-trust network rules.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $122,500 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
