Tagetik Technical Support

Immediate start, 6 12-month duration. C2H role after 6 months

Dallas, TX, Remote

Prefer resources to live in Dallas or in Texas. Not required, but definitely preferred. This will primarily be a remote role, so if not from Texas, will still be fine for the right candidate.

Since C2H must be an independent consultant. If hired, it would be between months 6-12.

Heavy duty finance role (financial performance) budgets, consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting with a combination of implementation and support experience (primarily technical support).

CERTIFIED TAGETIK IS A HUGE PLUS

The client went live on Tagetik about 10 months ago, so need someone who knows product well to help the business folks use what they have implemented more efficiently and also help them start thinking about new feature and functionality (enhancements)

We are looking for a resource with Wolters Kluwer Tagetik experience to support Client The intention is to work as a Contractor for 6-12 months with the possibility and intent to hire if both parties come to an agreement.

Immediate need. Main users to interface with are in Dallas, TX so spending time in client HQ will happen especially at the start of the engagement. Ideally for both parties the position is primarily remote. US hours.

Minimum Requirement

• Min. 3-5 years experience in Tagetik implementation or support
• Certified Tagetik Professional is preferred
• Hands-on experience: Detail your practical experience with CCH Tagetik, including implementations, configurations, and working with specific modules.
• Module proficiency: Mention your experience with modules like Consolidation, Budgeting & Planning, Financial Close, and Disclosure Management.
• Finance/Accounting Degree preferred, and/or at least 10 years in accounting (focus in Financial Closing and Consolidation required; exposure to Foreign Currency is preferred)
• Deep understanding of the Tagetik architecture and modules (Financial Close, Budgeting & Planning, IFRS/GAAP Consolidation, Financial Reporting).
• Experience in configuring and customizing Tagetik solutions
• Experience with SDLC (System Design Life Cycle) and deployment in Tagetik projects

Data Integration & ETL

• Ability to integrate Tagetik with ERPs (SAP preferred)
• Deep understanding of data mapping, extraction and data transformation processes

Scripting and SQL

• Deep understanding and experience with SQL for complex scripting and integration in a highly customized environment
• 5+ years of experience in AIH (Analytic Information Hub)
• Understanding of Tagetik proprietary scripting and rule engine

Reporting and Dashboarding

• Experience in creating reports using Tagetik Reporting Tools (Excel Add-in, Web Reporting, Smart Insight)
• Basic BI Knowledge is a plus

• Consultancy experience: If applicable, mention your experience in a consulting role.
• Project management: Include experience with project management or leading teams.
