Systems Analyst
Jersey City, NJ /Boston, MA/Westlake, TX/ Durham, NC/ Merrimack, NH
Hybrid: 2 weeks onsite per month (alternating weeks - one week onsite and one week remote then repeat)
6 months+ contract
W2 only
Required tech skills:

• System Integration

• Standing up applications in past

• SQL

• Rest API experience

• Workflows Process Mapping

• Worked on system integrations in Complex environment

• Support UAT with the business partners

The Expertise You Have

• Degree in Technology subject area/Business with strong IT focus

• 10+ years of Systems Analysis experience within the IT field, financial services, or related environment

• Proven ability to work with very highly functioning teams under pressure

• Ability to work with business or technology partners in defining problem statements and resolving issues

• Ability to gather requirements, document system integrations and flows, create stories and epics for squad deliverables

• Experience working in an environment with multiple applications and integrations

• Superb communication skills verbal, written, and presentation

• Participate in the development and review of test plans by QA

• Passionate about your craft with an ability to collaborate effectively and interact with global development team assist with clarifying customer requirements and quality check on products prior to customer release

• Facilitate regular meetings with global development team and customer/squad lead

• Ability to influence others with experience in conflict resolution

• Support project and release planning and testing

• Provide prompt and proactive status updates on assigned activities

• Knowledge of Scaled Agile, Agile development methodologies, and Agile deployment

• Adaptable and agile, can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines and make project adjustments to prioritize effectively and complete tasks in a high-pressure environment

• Is driven and persistent. Proven track record of supporting effective organizational change

• Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and become a contributor to a highly functioning team.

• Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimum supervision.

• Individual who can identify concerns and problems, who suggests options and brings solutions

• Develop domain expertise for assigned components

• Write user stories which include concise and clear system requirements that will be used by developers to implement solutions

• SQL and database knowledge required

• Knowledge of Java, REST, JSON, XML, and KAFKA a plus

• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS) and SaaS platforms for Sanction Screening and Anti- Money Laundering, a plus
