Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.
Duties: Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure system reliability, efficiency, and performance. Monitor and manage system infrastructure using tools such as AWS, Google Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes to ensure high availability and scalability. Implement and manage tools such as ITRS monitoring, App Dynamics, ELK cluster for configuration management, system monitoring, and log management Coordinate with engineering teams for adherence to audit concerns to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines. Responsible for providing technical leadership for multiple large scale/complex software solutions, including extending the existing platform through custom development, customization and integration with in-house solutions and vendor solutions leading to a complete platform that caters to key business requirements. Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. Serve as a subject matter expert to mid-level developer and analyst, prioritizing and allocating work as necessary. Developing shell scripts and writing code in Java programming language to automate application requirements. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Information Systems, Operations Management, Computer Science or related field and 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Applications Development Programmer Analyst, Systems Engineer, or related position involving automating application build, test, and deployment processes. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in the stated fields and 6 years of the specified progressive post-baccalaureate experience. Full span of experience must include: Full SDLC process. Additionally, 2 years of experience must include: Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipeline to automate the application build, test, and deployment processes; Infrastructure management; Setting up monitoring for services using tools including App Dynamics and ITRS, and building Elastic search logging and alerting system; Tools and Cloud platforms including OpenShift, AWS, and Google Cloud; Reviewing and maintaining middleware components; and Utilizing Shell scripting for automation.
