Job Description

1 Stakeholder Interviews Requirements Capture

Engage with FCB business and IT teams to understand current integration use cases pain points and expectations

2 Process Data Flow Mapping

Document endtoend business processes and corresponding data flows across systems for each integration

3 Integration Inventory Classification

Create and validate a detailed catalog of existing integrations including type purpose frequency and consuming systems

4 Gap Identification Risk Assessment

Identify gaps redundancies and risks in the current integration landscape from a business process and compliance

standpoint

Work on strategy to address the gaps risks in future state landscape

5 Cost Complexity Analysis Support

Collaborate with the Integration Specialist to assess integration cost drivers eg licensing maintenance and technical

complexity

6 FutureState Recommendations

Contribute to shaping the roadmap for an optirnized integration approach tools and governance aligning with ECBs Workday
