Job Details
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager who has expertise in recruiting or have done recruiting in the past. Looking specially for a super star of a small IT staffing company who want to grow to a bigger position and earn more. Past experience with Bay Area staffing company is huge plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Should already have experience empaneling with direct clients
- Should posses contacts to get empaneled soon after hiring with Implementation partners like IBM, EY, HCL, Cognizant, etc.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT staffing market.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Partner with recruiters to ensure seamless communication and effective delivery of staffing solutions.
- Provide market feedback to leadership to refine service offerings and improve competitiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, HR leaders, and procurement managers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their staffing needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by overseeing service delivery and addressing any concerns.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience 5-8 years mandatory.
- Ex-TCS, Ex-infy or Ex-TehM experience is a great addition
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
