Position: SAP Basis Consultant
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to join our team in a complex enterprise landscape. This role requires strong technical expertise across SAP Basis administration, Oracle, and HANA, with the ability to support mission-critical environments and ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage and administer complex SAP landscapes to ensure optimal system performance.

Perform SAP installations, upgrades, system copies/refreshes, and performance tuning.

Provide proactive and reactive SAP Basis support to meet or exceed SLAs.

Handle SAP system refreshes with Oracle and HANA DB in large, multi-system environments.

Monitor and administer batch jobs, system health, and performance.

Troubleshoot production issues, stabilize systems, and manage release activities.

Support SAP transport administration and collaborate with application/infrastructure teams.

Manage SAP system outages, backups, replication, and high-availability environments.

Administer and troubleshoot SLT, SAP Cloud Connector, and BTP replication issues.

Provide 24x7 on-call support coverage (including weekends, as needed).

Lead resolution of critical issues involving large SAP systems.

Build effective working relationships across cross-functional IT and business teams.

7+ years of SAP Basis Technical experience in large, complex environments.

Strong expertise in Oracle and HANA administration.

Proven track record in SAP system installations, upgrades, refreshes, and tuning.

Solid experience with administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting SAP environments.

Strong hands-on experience with HANA backups, replication, and HA configuration.

Proficiency with AIX/Linux for SAP Basis support.

Experience with SLT, SAP Cloud Connector, and BTP administration.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across SAP, Oracle, and HANA.

Effective communicator with the ability to work with technical and non-technical teams globally.

Ability to take ownership, work independently, and drive issues to resolution.

Willingness to provide 24x7 on-call and weekend support, as required.
