Title: Cloud Engineer
Location: Bonita Springs, FL (onsite with some remote work flexibility)
Position Type: Contract, 12+ months with extensions or perm conversion
Must have strong experience with:
- Event-driven architectures / serverless
- Infrastructure as Code
- Networking
Full JD:
Qualifications:
- Hands-on Experience with AWS serverless and event-driven architecture stacks which includes but not limited to: Kinesis, Lambda, EventBridge, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.
- Designing highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable architectures.
- Experience with Containerization: ECS, EKS, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with Compute services like EC2, ELB, Auto Scaling
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): CloudFormation, Terraform.
- CI/CD pipelines: CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy.
- Cost optimization strategies and Cost Management using AWS Cost Explorer and Trusted Advisor
- Knowledge on administration of Dynamo DB, RDS
- Scripting: Python, Bash.
- OS Knowledge: Windows, Linux.
