Seeking an experienced Senior SQL Server DBA with strong skills in AlwaysOn Availability Groups, SSIS, SQL Server upgrades, and performance tuning. Must be able to juggle multiple tasks daily and communicate effectively.

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Senior SQL Server DBA with strong skills in AlwaysOn Availability Groups, SSIS, SQL Server upgrades, and performance tuning. Must be able to juggle multiple tasks daily and communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support SQL Server HA/DR solutions (AlwaysOn, Mirroring, Clustering)
- Handle database migrations, upgrades, and performance tuning
- Develop automation using PowerShell and T-SQL
- Collaborate with PMs and DBAs on standards and best practices
- Ensure compliance with change control, security, and patching policies
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of SQL Server DBA experience
- Hands-on experience with AlwaysOn, SSIS, and PowerShell
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $72.00-$75.00 per hour.
