Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Cognos 12 environments.
- Perform core administration tasks including capacity planning, performance tuning, upgrades (from Cognos 11 to 12), and architectural improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Support ongoing enhancements and best practices for Cognos infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Cognos 12.
- Proven expertise in Cognos administration (capacity planning, performance tuning, upgrades, architectural improvements).
- Nice to have: Exposure to containerized platforms (e.g., OpenShift , Docker, Kubernetes).
