Forsys Inc is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect who is ready to take their career to the next level by helping us shape the direction of our Salesforce practice.There is an urgent need for a highly experienced Solution Architect to take on a wide-ranging view of the project executions and help guide our development teams to build well-architected, highly-performant, sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead projects and project teams by serving as Product Owner to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test and release features

Create project and effort estimation and team structure definition

Design scalable and efficient salesforce solutions using platform capabilities

Demonstrates a consultative mindset and desire to work well with the client

Engage with Technical Architects and technical staff (both onshore and offshore) to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs

Integrate architecture to connect all types of technology systems across an enterprise

Meet with clients remotely, leading workshops, discovery sessions, etc.

Understand and consult on best practices, governance, and compliance on Salesforce platforms

Qualifications:

7+ years experience in managing external client projects

5+ years experience working on Community Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with the Salesforce.com platforms

Proven ability to design, optimize and integrate business processes across disparate systems

Extraordinary client-facing skills with the ability to solve the client s needs and manage scope in a positive way

Skilled in all aspects of system design including data modeling, integration design, business process implementation, etc.

Have a solid understanding of delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design / architecture

Strong written and oral communication skills.
