Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to support a Healthcare Reporting team in transitioning data to a new data entry and storage system.
This role is critical to ensure efficient and accurate reporting across three key regulatory programs. The position is fully remote anywhere in the United States.
This role is currently budgeted for 6 months with high possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the migration of data from legacy systems into Databricks.
Support consultants developing Workiva, used for data entry and regulatory reporting. Learn how to create data entry spreadsheets and reports within Workiva.
Collaborate with IT teams, consultants, and stakeholders to develop and optimize data processes.
Write, edit and maintain SQL and Python code for data validation, transformation, and reporting.
Assist in the integration of legacy, internal data sources and Workiva generated data with the Databricks data warehouse.
Model data within Databricks and extract it for reporting and analysis.
Document workflows, decisions, issues, and resolutions clearly.
Provide training and support to Community Health team members on data entry and reporting tools.
Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders regarding project status and challenges.
Required Qualifications:
BS degree in a relevant field.
3+ years of analytical experience.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
