RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a growing Engineering Technology company in the Scottsdale, AZ area is seeking an Executive Assistant. This person will provide Executive Assistant support to 3 Executives. This position is a full onsite position. We are working directly with the hiring authorities on this search assignment. The Company offers a competitive compensation package including base salary and an annual bonus.
Summary:
This candidate works independently and with limited supervision on variety of tasks to support departmental operations through development, implementation, and monitoring of reporting and administrative processes. In this role, you will determine methods for completing new assignments, and respond quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment. The EA will support the department with office administration.
Responsibilities:
* Executive Assistant will manage all miscellaneous tasks assigned with ability to think out of box to find resolution
* Interface with various levels of departmental management on operational and administrative tasks
* Arrange travel and meetings both domestic and internationally
* Complete complex expense reports
* Manage calendars
* As an Executive Assistant, you will perform departmental office administrative tasks and office support activities
* Prepare and deliver various daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports; Resolve reporting issues with speed and quality
REQUIREMENTS:
* Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* At least 5-10+ years of prior experience in an executive administrative position including working with top level executives such as VP's and/or C-Level Executives
* Experience completing expense reports for complex traveling including both international and domestic is required
* General understanding of basic accounting principles
* Expert in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
* Very strong PC and software application skills
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Strong personal and analytical skills
* Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize
* Strong business acumen
* Excellent internal customer service skills
* Demonstrated ability to document processes
* Able to work with highly sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
* Experience working in a Global or International Company would be ideal
* Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system would be ideal but not required
* Experience in highly regulated industries such as Information Technology, Software Solutions, aerospace, military, Telecom, semiconductor, consumer electronics, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or others would be a plus
* Experience working at companies that design, and manufacture products would be a plus but not required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
