Description

What You'll Do:
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the help desk, ensuring fast, effective support and ticket resolution.
  • Provide high-level technical support for Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT Director to enhance team performance and IT service delivery.
  • Evaluate, configure, and optimize the help desk ticketing system for greater efficiency.
  • Manage and participate in IT support projects to improve infrastructure, security, and user experience.
  • Develop documentation, processes, and reporting to drive continual service improvement.


Requirements

What You Bring:
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, M365, Intune, and identity services (Entra ID).
  • Experience with help desk ticketing systems and a passion for improving workflows.
  • Solid project management skills-able to juggle priorities while staying organized and responsive.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to lead by example within a small, growing team.
