Job Details

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Community Marketing Manager for a Contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Francisco, CA. This role is also open to fully remote.

The Retention Marketing team's mission is to engage our customers throughout the post-sale journey to drive adoption and retention, build community, ignite advocacy, and create Adobe customers for life.

As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will help manage one of our largest global customer advocacy initiatives, the Marketo Engage User Group program. Success in this role can be achieved with a customer-first mindset, strong attention to detail, organization, and effective communication and relationship building skills. In addition to supporting the User Group program, you will help drive project management across Advocacy team initiatives.

Responsibilities :
  • Program Management - Connect with User Group Leaders daily to drive overall engagement amongst members, address questions, and gather feedback on how to improve the program
  • Event Coordination - Drive virtual event execution across multiple User Groups, including registration, emails, and day-to-day administration of events
  • Vendor/Agency Management - Drive coordination between vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders in support of flawless execution across multiple, simultaneous projects
  • Operations and Reporting - Coordinate execution of email campaigns and promotional materials for User Groups and maintain accurate and detailed reporting of program impact.

Required Skills:
  • 4+ years of proven success managing customer programs and/or other high visibility, strategic customer initiatives
  • Ability to multi-task and work on several projects, often under tight parallel timelines, and consistently deliver results
  • Ability to prioritize assignments, execute tasks with accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Synthesize data and effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders to an aligned position
  • Lead through ambiguity, prioritize needs, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong program and project management skills
