Job Description:
  • Collaborate with development teams to translate design specifications into functional system components, ensuring technical feasibility, security standards, and timely delivery.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation of security intake processes, integration architecture, and best practices for ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
  • Provide technical guidance on ServiceNow principals and integrations into Cyberhub in accordance with security standards, ServiceNow best practices, intake / knowledge base, and UX principles to ensure high-quality interactions between system tools.
  • Support product owner in defining stories and Lead Engineer in defining technical solutions
  • Conduct ongoing research and continued partnership to stay updated on the latest developments, trends, and best practices in the GenAI landscape for the industry and within the organization.
  • Write, review, and enhance technical and non-technical content related to the GenAI solutions to ensure clarity and accuracy for all content to enable self-service.
  • Draft, solution, and collaborate with security organization's stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for multichannel features and functionalities.
  • Draft detailed technical specifications and solution designs for integrating data from various security organization/organization Enterprise digital systems via APIs or other data exchange methods for use across the Cyberhub channels.
  • Assist in defining data governance for data used and generated by security organization's GenAI solutions.
  • Work closely with data engineers and developers to ensure seamless data flow and integration from other security organization/Enterprise systems.
  • Manage technical debt, including vulnerability scanning
  • Provide ongoing solution support, incl. incident and problem management (L2+), root cause analysis, request fulfilment, security compliance, fault repair, resiliency testing, and observability
  • Conduct usability testing and validation sessions on prototypes and workflows, providing reports on usability issues, security compliance, and recommended improvements.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, process models, process management
  • Functional SDLC Toolchain knowledge including, but not limited to, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and container-based deployment technologies
