We are looking for Senior Power Platform Developer for our client in Richmond, VA

Job Description:
  • The Power Platform Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
  • This includes Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dynamics 365. The role involves collaborating with business and IT teams to deliver high-quality, scalable applications while ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and configure Power Apps and Power Automate solutions (both Canvas and Model-driven Apps).
  • Develop and configure Power Pages for internal and external websites.
  • Utilize SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, PowerShell scripting, and SPFx for solution integration.
  • Customize, configure, and develop within Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support business processes.
  • Work with Microsoft Copilot Studio for AI-driven automation and user interaction solutions.
  • Lead functionality discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Analyze business challenges, map functional solutions, and develop applications using the Power Platform.
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 and Power Platform issues, document solutions, and collaborate with system administrators for resolution.
  • Create design documents and reusable solutions for common use cases.
  • Develop and disseminate technical documentation, including requirements, recommendations, and usage guidelines.
  • Prepare prototypes and mockups to demonstrate solution designs based on business needs.
  • Adhere to best practices for implementing business solutions and contribute to defining governance frameworks for platform usage.
  • Participate actively in Agile software development lifecycle processes.
  • Preferred: Experience with DevOps in Power Platform (Power Pipelines or ALM Accelerator).
Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI).
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and integration.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Online, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications in PowerApps Professional or PowerApps Developer are required.
